Return / Exchange PolicyReturns a. All returns are subject to approval by Diva Style Handbags. No merchandise may be returned without obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA#. No credits will be issued without prior authorization of return.b. All returns must be initiated within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Please email us with your order number at customerservice@divastylehandbags.com. c. Upon approval, an RMA# will be issued and emailed to you. d. Returns must be made within 3 days after obtaining the RMA#. Each package returned must have the RMA# clearly marked on the shipping label to be accepted. e. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned merchandise. For your protection, we encourage all returns be sent back by a traceable method because we are NOT responsible for lost or misdirected packages. f. All items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories, as applicable. There is a 10% restocking fee. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will NOT accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition - we will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, Diva Style Handbags reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit. g. Diva Style Handbags is not responsible for damaged merchandise due to wear and tear. Diva Style Handbags only accepts returned merchandise if the said merchandise had manufacturing defects, if they were of unsatisfactory quality, or if they were erroneously sent to a customer. h. Authorized returns are accepted for store credits and exchange only. There will be ABSOLUTELY NO CASH REFUNDS. The shipping & handling fee to send the order to you is not creditable. Cancellations We will issue a credit to any and all cancellations requested within 1 hour of placing an order. If you choose to cancel AFTER the second hour, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply to the total sale price. This fee covers the cost of administration and credit card back charges to our site.
How to exchange/return products:
1. E-Mail us at customerservice@divastylehandbags.com within 3 business days of the arrival of your purchase. 2. Please provide the following information: A. Your full name and address B. The Order Number C. The date the order was received. D.
